PRE-ORDER - What Applies?
Advance booking means that goods are booked and paid for in advance via the web shop and calculated to be ready for delivery at a later time, the calculation of delivery time is under each item and varies from item to item, so read carefully on all pre-orders what applies if you e.g. is in a great hurry to recieve the item.

We always try to calculate delivery time as realistically as we can, but production problems sometimes arise which cause delays, there is nothing we can do about it but we let you know if this happens.
Should a fabric you have pre-booked not be available if we have received too little, it is a printing error or other reason, we will refund your money as soon as we find out.

Keep in mind that when you pre-book, you enable us to be able to offer a larger range, wider range and you get to choose exactly which fabrics will go on to print! It is a perfect way for us to involve our customers in the business so that the offer matches what you most of all want <3

Do not hesitate to book in advance! We maintain a very high delivery security - in 90-95% of cases we can deliver exactly what you have pre-booked and paid for, we rarely have to cancel a pre-booking as our fabrics are of a very fine and high quality, but should we need to cancel so you can be sure that you will get back your full amount that you have paid.
